The city centre encompasses 455 locations, of which 411 are retail locations. Whereas the rate was 24.3% in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retailers opening in the city centre in 2025 include, Normal, Gold Union and Maison 123.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Evolution of activities<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u2018Clothing\u2019 activity remains the sector with the highest occupancy rate in the city centre.
