The city centre encompasses 575 locations, of which 504 are retail locations. It stands at 3.6% in 2025 compared to 3.7% in 2024. Vacancy is decreasing for the second year running.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Retailers\u2019 occupancy rate<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2020, the occupancy rate of retailers has been increasing in the city centre. In 2025, retailers occupy 38.7% of shops, while in 2024 they occupied 37.5%.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the retailers that have opened in Vincennes city centre are Ixina, Le Petit Souk and Subway.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Evolution of activities<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Services&#8221; remain the sector with the highest occupancy rate in the city centre.
