The city centre encompasses 355 locations, of which 315 are retail locations. Between the 2024 and 2025 censuses, commercial vacancy rose from 9.9% to 11.4%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Retailers\u2019 occupancy rate<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025, the percentage of shops occupied by retailers fell slightly.
